YEREVAN, January 29. /ARKA/. Armenian authorities are planning to issue Eurobonds in the first quarter of 2025 to repay a $313 million Eurobond maturing in March 2025, Fitch Ratings said in a report.

“The authorities are also planning excess financing on external (including through borrowing from multilateral organizations) and domestic markets in 2025-2026, foreseeing budget and project financing needs,” the study said.

In October 2024, the Armenian government redeemed $188 million of a $500 million Eurobond maturing in March 2025.
