WB:  food and non-alcoholic beverages were  the main driver of inflation in Armenia in October

YEREVAN, November 25. /ARKA/. In October, Armenia’s inflation stabilized at 3.7 percent (yoy), according to the World Bank’s Armenia Monthly Economic Update – November 2025.

Inflation in food and non-alcoholic beverages (at 5.6 percent, yoy) remained the main contributor to October’s inflation (61 percent of the total increase).

On November 4, Armenia’s Central Bank (CBA) decided to maintain the policy rate at 6.75 percent, marking the sixth consecutive meeting without a change to the rate.

Armenia’s 2025 state budget projects inflation at 3% (±1%). The Central Bank expects it to be from 4.1% to 3.7%.-0-
