In 2010 the volume of credit portfolio of “Byblos Bank Armenia” will be about 13 billion drams

YEREVAN, December 7. /ARKA/. By the results of 2010 the volume of credit portfolio of “Byblos Bank Armenia” will be 12.5-13 billion drams, said General Executive Director of CJSC Byblos Bank Armenia” Ararat Ghukasyan.

“Increase of credit portfolio is already 42%. Next year the increase will be minimum 60-70%”,

he said during the press-conference on Tuesday.

He said that in 2011 the Bank will concentrate on crediting of small and medium-sized business.

Since October 2007, the main shareholder of “Byblos Bank Armenia” (formerly – CJSC “ITB” International Trade Bank) is the Lebanese “Byblos Bank” SAL with the share of 65%. Other shareholders of Byblos Bank Armenia are EBRD  (25%) and International Development Fund (10%). ($1- 363.74 drams). G.K.—0–
