Consumer basket fell in the forth quarter by 1% to 53 288.7 drams

YEREVAN, January 31. /ARKA/. The cost of consumer basket in Armenia in the forth quarter of 2011 fell by 1% compared to the third quarter and as of the end of December making 53 288.7 drams (in one month) Armenian National Statistic Service informs.

According to statistical data, the cost of minimum set of products within the consumer basket was 30106.6 drams per month, , reduced by 1% in the forth quarter.

Consumer basket includes such products as bread (the norm of which per population in Armenia is 3345 drams in a month ), meet products (7906.2 drams), potato (1609.2 drams), fruit (3088.5 drams), sugar (723.5 drums), milk products (6068.6 drams), eggs (909.4 drams), vegetable oil (516.3 drams), fish (1977.7 drams), margarine (330 drams) and other types of food.
