Auto lending by Armenian banks tumbles 3.2% to AMD 17.3 bln

YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. Commercial banks of Armenia allocated nearly 17.3 billion drams in total auto lending, down 3.2 %,  as of February 29, 2012 from late January, according to data on the Armenian Central Bank’s website.
Auto loans were mainly granted in drams- 96.7%, and slashed 3.2 % to nearly 16.7 billion drams late February from January. At the same time, within the same period consumer lending advanced 5% in February to nearly 234.1 billion drams. ($1 – 388.67 drams). –0—
