HSBC presents new package – HSBC Plus

YEREVAN, April 12. /ARKA/. HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC introduces Thursday a new package – HSBC Plus to the market, the bank’s press service reported ARKA.

This is a comprehensive package of banking services and products targeting customers with net monthly income of at least AMD 400,000 or an average balance of at least AMD 4,000,000, according to the press release.

For a monthly fixed fee, HSBC Plus customers can benefit from a full package of banking products and services, specially tailored to their financial needs. The Plus package includes free account opening and issuance of ATM card, MasterCard Platinum card with free International Concierge service, as well as free Telephone and Internet Banking services. Customers can also apply for free additional ATM and MasterCard Platinum cards for family members, and can obtain preferential terms for their time deposits, loans, insurance, as well as other benefits.

“Following from the success of HSBC Status, which targets customers with at least AMD20m average balance, HSBC Plus is the second package introduced by HSBC Armenia in the market. The launch of HSBC Plus is another step in improving customer experience through pro-active identification of customer needs and offering a tailored solution. In 2012 HSBC Bank Armenia introduced Personal Secured Loans and Card Insurance products in the market. The Bank is continuously seeking to introduce new and innovative products to improve customer experience. HSBC Status and Plus will become the leading packaged solutions offered to HSBC’s high-end customers going forward, the press release says.

HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc was the first international bank to open in Armenia in 1996. The bank is a joint venture between the HSBC Group, which has 70 percent ownership, and members of overseas Armenian businesses. The bank offers a wide range of products and services to individual as well as corporate customers, including personal financial services, commercial banking and treasury and capital markets services.
