Combined obligations of 33 credit organizations in Armenia increase by 5.88 percent in second quarter

YEREVAN, August 23. / ARKA /. Combined liabilities of 33 credit organizations in Armenia increased by 5.88 percent (6.5 billion drams) in the second quarter of 2013 to about 117.3 billion drams, according to an ARKA study.

The leading organization by size of liabilities was Finka with 17.1 billion drams, which increased by 3.34 percent in the second quarter, accounting for 14.62% of the combined obligations of all 33 organizations.

Finka was followed by Norvik with 16.5 billion drams of liabilities (14.06% of the total liabilities of all credit institutions), National Mortgage Company – more than 16.2 billion drams (13. 78% of the total obligations of all credit institutions), ACBA Leasing – more than 8.8 billion drams (7.52%) and SEF International” – more than 6 billion drams (5.16%).

These five organizations accounted for approximately 55.15% of the total obligations of all credit organziations. ($ 1 – 406.10 drams). -0-
