Gold buying price dropped by 1.5% to 15,936.04 drams in Armenia

YEREVAN, October 1. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which are effective for this week. The gold price dropped from last week by 1.5% or 67.35 drams to 15,936.04drams per gram as of September 30, 2013. The gold selling price is set at 17,321.78 drams (-73.21).

The prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals.

Silver is to be bought at 260.80 drams -6.36) and sold at 283.48 drams (-6.91); platinum is to be bought at 17,129.65 drams (-269.41), and sold at 18,619.18 drams (-292.84); palladium is to be bought at 8,647.14 drams (+86.06), and sold at 9,399.07 drams (+93.55). ($1=405.29 drams).–0–
