Gold buying price ups to 17, 919 drams in Armenia

YEREVAN, March 13. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which were effective from March 6 to March 12, 2017. The new prices were for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold was to be bought at 17,919.45 drams (59.7 drams up from the previous week) and sold at 19,477.67 drams (up 64.88 drams); silver was to be bought at 262.01 drams (up 2.26 drams) and sold at 284.79 drams (up 2.46); platinum was to be bought at 14,609.66 drams (up 157.94 drams) and sold at 15,880.07 drams (up 171.68 drams) and palladium was to be bought at 11,156.55 drams (up 0.92 drams) and sold at 12,126.69 drams (up 1.00 dram).
