AMD denominated coupon bonds by Converse Bank listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, September 15. /ARKA/. Starting from September 15, 2017 nominal coupon bonds issued by “Converse Bank” CJSC will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds’ main Abond list, the press office of the stock exchange reported on Friday.

“Current issue of the Company’s bonds comprises 10,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 100,000, coupon rate of 10.5% and maturity period of 24 months,” the stock exchange reports in its press release. “The bonds (ISIN – AMCOVSB23ER7) will be traded under COVSB3 ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.”

The list of securities listed and admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, is available on “Instruments” page of NASDAQ OMX Armenia official website (www.nasdaqomx.am).
“Advanced Global Investments” LLC (80.94 %), HayPost Trust Management B.V. Company (14.06 %) and the Armenian Apostolic Church (5 %) are the shareholders of “Converse Bank” CJSC.

The Bank provides full range of banking services, including loans, deposits, payment cards, investment and custody services, remote services, on-line payments and etc.

NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia. On January 26, 2009, “Armenian Stock Exchange” ojsc was officially renamed as “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” ojsc.
