Holders of VTB Bank (Armenia) cards to have new service to enjoy

YEREVAN, November 3. /ARKA/. Holders of VTB Bank (Armenia) cards will have a new service to enjoy, the bank’s press office reports.

They will be able to change their cards’ PIN codes through ATMs independently.

This service can be used by clients who find it difficult to remember the PIN-code set by the bank initially.

Besides, clients can set a single code for all their cards.

This service will also be useful to those clients who fear their PIN codes might be known to a third person.

The replacement of the PIN code with a new one is carried out in a few steps and is not difficult to clients.

It is necessary to insert the card to an ATM, then dial the present PIN, press the button ‘PIN Code Replacement’, insert a new code and confirm it.The service is free.

VTB Bank (Armenia) has 157 ATMs all over Armenia’s territory. It is possible to transfer money from card to card, to pay utilities bills and to see statements.

VTB Bank Armenia (Armenian Savings Bank before June 2006) joined VTB Group in April 2004. VTB, the second largest bank of Russia, holds 100% of shares of VTB Bank (Armenia).
