Coupon bonds by Armeconombank will be traded on NASDAQ OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, January 16, /ARKA/. Starting from January 16, 2018 the nominal coupon bonds (HEZBB3) with total nominal value of USD 2,000,000 issued by “ARMENIAN ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT BANK” OJSC will be listed on the secondary Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while another issue of the Company’s bonds (HEZBB2) with total nominal valu of AMD 100,000,000 will be admitted to trading on Cbond free market.

The stock exchange said the HEZBB3 bonds (ISIN – AMHEZBB23ER4) include 20,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 100, coupon rate of 5.75% and maturity period of 27 months.
HEZBB2 bonds (ISIN – AMHEZBB22ER6) include 10,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon rate of 12% and maturity period of 27 months. The bonds will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.

The list of securities listed and admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, is available on “Instruments” page of NASDAQ OMX Armenia official website (www.nasdaqomx.am).
