Armenian border troops can benefit from preferential mortgage program

YEREVAN, June 8. /ARKA/. Under a decision approved today by the Armenian government servicemen of the National Security Service (NSS) will also be able to benefit from a government program of assistance in buying or constructing housing with a mortgage.

Deputy Head of NSS Tigran Harutyunyan said that the decision will make it possible to increase the attractiveness of service in NSS ranks for high-quality personnel. He particularly noted that the changes will apply to border guards.

According to the decision, 40 employees of the NSS will be entitled to take advantage of the preferential mortgage program annually since 2024. It will cost the state 157 million drams annually. ($1 – 386.75 drams). –0—
