Armenia discusses bankruptcy reforms with ADB and AFD

YEREVAN, April 3. /ARKA/. Reforms of Armenian legislation in the field of bankruptcy were discussed at a meeting between Deputy Minister of Justice of Armenia Tigran Dadunts and representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the French Development Agency (AFD).

The Deputy Minister presented the process of developing a new Bankruptcy Code, in which national and international experts from the ADB are participating. The document has already been submitted to interested bodies and posted on the Unified Portal of Draft Regulatory Acts (e-draft.am) at the following link: https://www.e-draft.am/projects/8491, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.

The representatives were  informed about the work done to introduce and launch the electronic bankruptcy system (e-bankruptcy), the possibilities and timing of its implementation.
