Net loan portfolio of Armenian banks increased by 29.89% to AMD 7.2 trillion in third quarter of 2025

YEREVAN, October 17. /ARKA/. The loan portfolio of Armenia’s banking system increased by 29.89% in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same quarter of 2024, reaching AMD 7.16 trillion.

This figure represents a 5.02% increase compared to the second quarter of this year.

According to the ARKA ranking, Ameriabank holds the leading position in the banking system by loan portfolio as of September 30, 2025. The bank’s lending volume amounted to AMD 1.54 trillion (an increase of 36.51% compared to the third quarter of 2024).

Ardshinbank ranks second, with a net loan portfolio of AMD 1.41 trillion (a 66.66% increase).

ACBA Bank ranks third, with a net loan portfolio of AMD 601.4 billion (a 12.15% increase).
