Armenia’s Ameriabank intends to enlarge its loan portfolio to AMD 180 billion this year

YEREVAN, October 23. /ARKA/. Ameriabank intends to enlarge its loan portfolio to AMD 180 billion this year, Gevorg Tarumyan, financial director of the bank, said answering ARKA News Agency’s question at a news conference on Tuesday.

“Now the loan portfolio amounts to AMD 154 billion and we expect it to grow about 20% before the end of this year,” he said adding that it depends on the market and developments in the economy.
“Small and mid-scale businesses remain among our strategic focuses,” he said.
Ameriabank CJSC is a universal bank providing investment, corporate and retail banking services in a package.
