Outstanding loans portfolio of Armenian Banks’ branches in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic reaches AMD 79.4 billion by Jan 1, 2013

STEPANAKERT, January 10. /ARKA/. The aggregate outstanding loans portfolio of Armenian commercial banks’ branches in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has reached AMD 79425.8 million by January 1, 2013, showing 33.2% annual growth and 6.1% month-on-month growth, the republic’s National Statistical Service reports.

According to the statistical reports, loans extended in foreign currencies made up 58.5% of the loan portfolio, and overdue loans 0.6% of it.

Deposits attracted by Armenian commercial banks’ branches in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic totaled AMD 49307.4 million by Jan 1, 2013, after growing 19.7% over one year and 1.2% over one month.
Time deposits made up 74.5% of these deposits, demand deposits 17.6% and target deposits 7.9%. ($1 – AMD 406.01). –0—-
