Gold price in armenia climbs 2.3 percent to 16,453 drams per one gram

YEREVAN, August 26. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which are effective for this week. The finance ministry’s press office released following prices set for this week.

The gold is to bought at 16,453.06 drams (+ 371.35 drams) and sold at 17,883.76 drams (+403.64 drams); silver is to be bought at 276.84 drams (+15.85) and sold at 300.91 drams (+17.23); platinum is to be bought at 18,250.05 drams (+145.5) and sold at 19,837.01 drams (+158.15); palladium is to be bought at 9,007.34 drams (+52.28) and sold at 9,790.59 drams (+56.83).
