Kamurj credit organization makes mortgage loans more accessible

YEREVAN, December 15. / ARKA /. Kamurj (Bridge) universal credit organization has joined the credit programs of the National Mortgage Company and Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin (Housing for the Young) to offer affordable loans for purchase of apartments, their renovation and improvement of their energy-saving.

Armen Arevyan,  the head of the organization’s marketing, public relations and advertising department, is quoted as saying in a press release that these new  types of   loans called  “new house”, “energy-saving  house,” “renovated house” and  “affordable housing for young families’ will  help customers to make the right choice.

He says two loans- ‘the energy-saving house” and ‘renovated house” also provide customers with an opportunity to receive a grant in the amount of 5%-10% of the loan amount as an additional incentive to use these types of credit.

According to Arevyan, the interest rates on these loans range from 5.8% to 14%. He adds that in addition to these loans, Kamurj continues to provide simple and affordable agricultural, consumer and business loans, which are given with the minimum number of documents and flexible maturity periods.
