Armenia’s Anelik Bank issues new kind of VISA Platinum plastic cards

YEREVAN, June 5. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Anelik Bank has issued a new kind of Visa Platinum plastic cards, which gives the cardholders a number of service advantages in many countries and some discounts in trade outlets and service centers abroad, the press office of the bank reported on Friday.

“The new Visa Platinum card provides the cardholders with a package of special preferences for leisure, restaurants and shopping, and Priority Pass cards that are provided along with Visa Platinum give access to more than 600 VIP-halls in airports in 100 countries and allow room reservation in 130 hotels across the world both in one year before the trip and right before it,” Astghik Martirosyan, Anelik Bank press secretary, said adding that this shows the bank’s efforts to provide comfort to its clients.

She said Visa Platinum card holders may make reservations in hotels via http://www.hotelclub.com/visa/en and enjoy discounts in 50,000 hotels all over the world.
Anelik Bank CJSC was established on July 9, 1990 and registered on October 1, 1991.

In July 2009, Credit Bank S.A.L., one of Lebanon’s largest banks, bought 51% of Anelik Bank’s shares and became its general shareholder. In 2012, the share of CreditBank S.A.L. in Anelik Bank grew to 89.95%, and in 2013, it became the sole shareholder. –0–
