Gold buying price down 2.9% in Armenia

YEREVAN, June 6. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry,  set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which were effective from May 30 to June 5, 2016.

The new prices were for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold was to be bought at 17,390.35 drams (down 507.21 drams from the previous week) and sold at 18,902.56 drams (-551.31); silver was to be bought at 230.35 drams (-8.69 drams) and sold at 250.38 drams (-9.45 drams); platinum was to be bought at 14,146.13 drams (-482.13 drams ) and sold at 15, 376.25 drams (-354.12); palladium was to be bought at 7,662.13 drams (-497.89) and sold at 8,328.40 drams (-541.19).
