Preferential mortgage from Unibank – refinancing on favorable terms

YEREVAN, April 28, /ARKA/. Unibank has launched a new loan product “Preferential mortgage”, which allows refinancing the credit. “Preferential mortgage” is aimed at improving credit conditions and reducing the debt burden, the bank’s press service said today. 

It is possible to refinance the mortgage both in Armenian drams and US dollars. The interest rate on “Preferential Mortgage” is 13.75% per annum in AMD and 8.75% in USD.  

In Unibank, one can get a loan from 5 to 100 million drams for a period of up to 120 months, or from 10,000 to 200,000 dollars for a period of up to 240 months. -0-

Unibank will provide refunds to bona fide business clients

In light of the decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated April 2, 2026, to reduce risk coefficients for applications from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises when calculating credit risk, Unibank is reviewing and improving its lending terms.
