YEREVAN, November 16. /ARKA/. A remote identification system is already available on acba digital platform, Acba Bank’s press service reported.

According to it, the new biometric identification feature simplifies and makes convenient the accessibility of financial services from anywhere in the world.

Within a few minutes, without visiting the bank, from anywhere and at any time registering in the acba digital system, users will be able to use the package of banking and non-banking services offered by Acba Bank: open an account, make a deposit, get a loan, make money transfers and payments, etc.

After downloading the acba digital app, to use the remote identification system, one needs to scan his/her passport or ID and then identify the person’s biometric data.

“Those who do not have an account at Acba Bank will be able to download the app in a few seconds, register, and undergo biometric identification at a place and time convenient for them. For example, at home, on the beach or over a cup of coffee, it is now possible to pass identification and use banking services. Earlier clients had to visit the bank, but now they can save time and do not stand in queues, do not get into traffic jams: users can simply organize registration in a place convenient for them,” said Artur Karchikyan, Head of Digital Business Department at Acba Bank.

“With the introduction of remote registration with biometric identification, Acba Bank has become one step closer to its customers. What does it mean? From now on, users without visiting the bank, through acba digital application will be able to become full-fledged clients, order digital and other cards online, make investments, apply for loans and use all services of the bank with 24/7 access from anywhere in the world,” said David Brutyan, Head of Digital Products and Channels Department at Acba Bank.
