Armenian broker Invia begins providing Russians with access to Kazakhstan’s ITS

YEREVAN, November 4. /ARKA/. The Armenian brokerage company Invia Investments, established last year in partnership with the Russian broker “Alor,” has started providing Russian clients with access to international trading platforms, according to two Alor employees who spoke to Frank Media (FM).

According to one of the sources, Invia Investments provides direct access to the Kazakhstani ITS platform, where U.S. stock market securities are traded, and additionally offers access to the GTN service, which allows trading on more than 90 global platforms. This is also confirmed by information from the latter source.

Invia Investments clients will trade using the Astras terminal, developed by Alor, according to two sources. “We (Alor – FM) shared our infrastructure and technologies with them (Invia Investments – FM). Essentially, they are using the same software as we are… The only difference is that there are some nuances related to the terminal for trading on GTN,” clarified an employee of the Russian broker.

“Invia Investments has no partnership or agreement with Alor… Astras is an open-source solution distributed free of charge. In addition to the Astras terminal, we also provide clients with other trading terminals, API connectivity, and mobile solutions,” a representative of the Armenian broker told FM.

‘’Alor’’ also denies a “partnership” with Invia Investments. “We are well aware of this broker in Armenia because they previously contacted us with questions about our development—the open-source Astras terminal, which we have made publicly available,” added a representative of the Russian company. -0-
