Converse Bank opens its 33rd branch in Yerevan district

YEREVAN, March 13. / ARKA /. On Tuesday, March 12, Armenian Converse Bank opened its 33rd branch in Davitashen administrative district in Yerevan. The bank said in a press release that the new branch is well equipped to meet the best modern banking services standards and is furnished with necessary equipment and qualified personnel.

“Corporate clients are serviced separately from the rest of customers, which allows differentiating customers and their transactions, thus making services more fast and effective,’ the bank said in the press release.

Last December, the bank opened a branch in Zeitun district in Yerevan, and lately another new branch in Sevan with improved conditions. Converse bank plans to open two new branches in Ashtarak and Dilijan. The bank runs currently 15 branches in Yerevan and 18 in provinces.

“Our goal is to improve interaction between the bank and its customers. We continue to improve our branches and our products to meet high standards and more comfortable conditions to serve customers,’ First Deputy General Director of the bank, Arthur Hakobyan, was quoted as saying.

According to him, the number of customers of the bank increased by 40% over the last 12 months.
Converse Bank is owned by an Argentinean Armenian businessman Eduardo Eurnekian (95 percent) and the Armenian Apostolic Church. -0-
