Anelik Bank launches call center

YEREVAN, February 18. / ARKA /. Yerevan-based Anelik Bank said today it has launched a call center for its clients to get answers to any questions relating to banking transactions without visiting the bank. The call center will work five days a week from 9:00 to 18:00. The clients have to dial 010 59 33 33 to get answers to their questions.

“We researched the best international practices and adapted it to our center,» head of retail trade department, Vardan Gevorgyan, was quoted as saying in a press release.

According to him, the bank is set to continue to improve the quality of customer service.
Anelik Bank was founded in 1990. Now it is fully owned by Lebanese Credit Bank SAL. -0-
