Gold buying price in Armenia up 2.3 percent

YEREVAN, June 27, /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry,  set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which were effective from June 20  to June 26, 2016. The new prices were for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold was to be bought at 18,187.82 drams (up by 404.85 drams from the previous week) and sold at 19,769.37 drams (up by 440.06 drams); silver was to be bought at 245.78 drams (up by 8.17 drams) and sold at 267.15 drams (up by 8.85 drams; platinum was to be bought at 13,869.09 drams (down by 241.79  drams ) and sold at 15, 075.10 drams (down by 262.81); palladium was to be bought at 7,632.39 drams (down by 245.19 drams ) and sold at 8,296.07 drams (down by 266.52 drams).
