Armenian Audit Firm Revenue Increased by 18% to AMD 16.2 Billion in 2025

YEREVAN, May 13. /ARKA/. At the end of 2025, the total revenue of audit firms (a combination of audit and other services) in Armenia amounted to approximately AMD 16.2 billion, representing an increase of approximately 18% compared to the previous year. This was reported by the press service of Grant Thornton Armenia based on its analysis of the Armenian audit market for 2025.

According to the study, as of May 2026, 33 organizations are authorized to conduct audit activities in the Republic of Armenia. Of these, 30 have published financial statements, and 29 have also published information about the organizations they audit. Grant Thornton Armenia (2025 revenue of AMD 4.35 billion, up 18%), Ernst & Young Armenia (AMD 2.62 billion, up 9%), KPMG Armenia (AMD 2.48 billion, up 15%), and BDO Armenia (AMD 1.86 billion, up 25%) are the organizations with a market share exceeding 10% of total revenue.

The analysis was conducted based on financial statements published on the official websites of organizations performing audit activities, lists of audit clients (audited organizations), and other available data.

The study also notes that, alongside auditing, the industry continues to develop related professional services. Many organizations also provide accounting, tax, legal, and consulting services within the framework established by law.
