Investment portfolio of Armenian credit institutions in the first quarter of 2026 exceeded 100.6 billion drams

YEREVAN, May 14. /ARKA/. The total investment portfolio of Armenian credit institutions in the first quarter of 2026 amounted to 100.6 billion drams, according to the consolidated financial report of the country’s credit institutions.
The investment portfolio is presented based on data from 19 of the 44 credit institutions operating in Armenia.
As of the end of March 2026, the portfolio structure is as follows:

  • Investments intended for sale — 39.75 billion drams (39.5% of the portfolio).
  • Investments in the authorized capital of other entities — 30.87 billion drams (30.7%).
  • Investments held to maturity — AMD 25.66 billion (25.5%).
  • Financial investments for commercial purposes — for resale — AMD 4.34 billion (4.3%).
    The top five out of 19 credit institutions by investment volume account for approximately 87.4% of the total investment portfolio. The top five are:
  • Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin — AMD 52.29 billion
  • Global Credit — AMD 17.77 billion
  • National Mortgage — AMD 6.63 billion
  • CRIA — AMD 5.97 billion
  • BLESS — AMD 5.90 billion
