Percent rates of long-term deposits increased in January in Armenia

YEREVAN, March 18. /ARKA/. Average percent rates of long-term deposits (for more than 1 year) for legal and physical entities increased by 1.1 p.p. in Janaury and by 0.15 p.p. – in December, CB report “Summary of monetary-crdit indicators” states.

Percent rate increased by 0.2 p.p. for physical entities. Deposits in foreign currency increased by 0.1 p.p. in average making 11.6%.

Percent rate for deposits of legal entities in drams increased by 1 p.p. and foreign currency – by 1.2 p.p. making in average 8.4% and 10.4% accordingly. -0-
